  • 1 1/4 cup salted butter, room temperature
  • 1 1/4 cups shortening
  • 10 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 5–6 tbsp water or milk
  • Pecan halves, for decorating
