  • 150ml Milk
  • 3g (1 teaspoon) Instant Yeast
  • 3g (1/2 teaspoon) Salt
  • 28g (2 tablespoons) Unsalted Butter, softened (additional butter for spreading)
  • Egg Wash (optional)

Baking Tools:

  • Loaf Pan (approximately 8.9″x4.4″x2.2″ or 22.8×11.3×5.8cm)
