To be honest, I really didn’t know what to make of this recipe when I first came across it. While the name “Cheese Dreams” definitely caught my eye, exactly what they were was a little unclear. INGREDIENTS
- 1 loaf sturdy white sandwich bread (not soft & spongy)
- 2 ½ cups sharp white cheddar cheese, finely grated
- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 egg
- 1 ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried ground mustard
